POLICIES OF SERVICE:

At this time, my sole focus is the importance of being selective in choosing projects that will compliment the aesthetics of building my new portfolio. 

*If I feel as I am not the right artist capable of depicting your ideas, I reserve the right to respectfully decline projects.

DEPOSITS :

• All appointments require a nonrefundable & nontransferable deposit. 

The deposit will be applied to: 

1. secure the time & date. 

2. serve as a commitment to client's scheduled appointment. 

3. credit client's final hour of final session ~ which completes their tattoo.

• Deposits are to be made at the time of consultation if project comes to an agreement. 

No deposit = No appointment. No exception. 

CONSULTATIONS : 

Depending on design, most consultations can be done via e-mail and/or video/audio conference. In some instances where precise measurements need to be collected, consultations will be done in person within studio.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELATIONS :

Must be confirmed via e-mail (tattoo@FelixZamora.com) at least 72 hours or more prior to scheduled appointment. In the event of client no call / no show or does not follow rescheduling protocol regarding their appointment, their deposit will be subject to forfeit by default & compensated in favor to the artist. If client then seeks to schedule a later date, an additional deposit would be required.

*If client is running late, their appointment will be at-risk of cancellation. Please contact me immediately to assess your appointment status of being in good standing. Arriving late as little as 15 mins can negatively affect schedule and interfere with workload and personal plans.

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment.

PRICING :

I work by an hourly rate of $240 per hour; They’re many factors that need to be considered which determine the amount of time it will take to complete a tattoo, ( i.e. size, placement, design, pain tolerance, skin and various other factors ) so an exact estimate of time and/or cost of tattoo is not possible.

*If you are interested in getting tattooed but have a certain tattoo budget, please let me know that amount, and if possible I will make appropriate adjustments in design that may help you reach your goal of getting tattooed by me.

• Credit or Debit Card

*I may also accept certain precious metals / broken jewelry and precious stones as forms of payment.

Terms & Conditions of Service:

• You are entering an agreement with the understanding the tattoo will be executed in my personal style and with my discretion rather than mimicking another artist's work.
• I will provide art and overall direction the day of the appointment.
• I do not send artwork in advance.
• I do not tattoo the following areas: 

1. from the neck up.
2. fingers / toes.
3. palm of hands / bottom of feet.
4. genital area.

• Free touch-ups with approval are available by scheduling an appointment up to the 4th month after your tattoo and if followed proper aftercare protocol. All concerns will be considered. 

*If in an area where fading is common, ( i.e. coverups, hands, feet, etc. ) half-charge would apply.

• Due to COVID concerns, I ask that you do not bring any extra guest.
• Absolutely no one under 18 years of age allowed.
